I got tired of carrying a mountain of spares to replace broken sailing blocks, And the one that breaks is alway the one I dont have a spare for, so I engineered a solution.
This is a modular sailing block designed to replace snatch blocks, triples, sheeve blocks and much more.

Disclaimer: For maximum strength and simplicity, it uses a modular, plain-bearing design, This makes the block incredibly tough and easy to repair, though it obviously trade off a tad more friction for that durability.
 I’m stating this clearly because while some intend to use these in vehicle recovery, hoisting engines, arbourism or even pro regattas for that matter, I never built them for that.
On a cruising boat, most blocks spend 99.9% of their time stationary holding a load; for that application, this block is perfect, I don't know about other applications please be responsible with its usage.
